It is know news that Junior NTR has teamed up with director Surender Reddy and they are busy with the shooting of the film ‘Oosaravilli’. However, it is heard that they are not too happy with the producer B V S N Prasad. Here is the story behind that. 
Apparently, R R Movie Makers’ owner Venkat bought ‘Oosaravelli’ outright for Rs 27 crores. He has joined new in distribution and has been going aggressively with his buying. With this, producer Prasad seems to have got a devilish idea and unit members reveal that he is pushing the team to wrap up the film just like that so that he can get out of it since he got his money.  
Sources say Surender Reddy and NTR do not like it one bit, incidentally for them it is their career which is at stake. Meanwhile, the market experts are asking “Why did R R Venkat buy the film even before it got completed and that too without watching the complete film.” Only Venkat has the answer for that.

Senior most producer and poet MS Reddy (also known as Mallemala) wrote his autobiography with the title ‘Idi Na Katha’. He didn’t use any filter in unleashing the experience he faced with Jr NTR in it. 
In a chapter he said that Jr NTR is very arrogant and gives no respect for elders.
“I made first film with Jr NTR. That is ‘Ramayanam’ when he was a kid. But later I also thought to make first film with him as hero. But he did that on Usha Kiran banner. Even then I tried to make a film with him after that. He could come to my office after following up to listen to a story. As soon as we decided to start, Subbarami Reddy has come to meet me. I said that I will talk to him and come back in a few minutes. But when I returned, Jr NTR left the office. He did not respond when I called as well. When I enquired I came to know that he was hurt for making him wait. “Who is Reddy to make me wait”, was the line Jr NTR uttered when my people called him”, he wrote in his book.

Director K.V. Anand, basking in the glory of the record breaking box-office success of his latest venture ‘Ko’, is all set to direct Junior NTR in a Telugu movie.

Sources close to Anand reveal that the director had a surprise visitor at his office recently. It was none other than Junior NTR. The newly-wed actor, who had watched Anand’s ‘Ko’, kept talking about the film’s finer points in detail.

Junior NTR then requested Anand to make a film starring him in the lead and the latter has reportedly agreed to his request and narrated him a story, which was later finalised at a five-star hotel into a full-fledged film.

Anand will start work on the Telugu film starring Junior NTR after completing his Tamil movie ‘Maatran’, which has Suriya and Kajal Aggarwal in the lead roles.

Anand had earlier directed Suriya in the box-office hit ‘Ayan’.

While it is not sure how much is the bonding between Junior NTR and Chandrababu Naidu but he sure seems to have picked up a leaf or two from the shrewd Ex-CM. Well, this discussion has come due to the recent gesture of Junior which has become a hot talk in the film nagar.
 
It is known news that Junior was absent at the recent TDP Mahanadu. Apparently, he was busy with the shooting of his film under Surendar Reddy’s direction. However, it is heard that Junior made enough arrangement to know what is happening at the venue from time to time.
 
Though he could not attend Mahanadu, sources say he was getting info from Vallabhaneni Vamsi and Kodali Nani in timely intervals. It seems Junior was curious to know how much his absence was felt though he was in shooting. Whether Mahanadu felt the absence or not Junior sure seems to have felt the absence of Mahanadu while working.

With the succession war between Nara family and Nandamuri family coming out into the open, NTR’s widow Lakshmi Parvathi has raised a fundamental question: How can Nara Lokesh be described as NTR’s successor?

She made it clear that only the sons, grandsons and other family members of NTR can claim to be his successors. She wondered how N Chandrababu Naidu, who came to power after back-stabbing his father-in-law, could project his son as NTR’s heir.

“This is completely unjustified. History will not forgive Chandrababu for this. He has already caused deep anguish and mental trauma to NTR in his last days. Now, he wants to hijack his political legacy and hand it over to his son,” Parvathi said.

The way Nandamuri Harikrishna expressed his serious displeasure at the Telugu Desam Party leadership at Mahanadu on Saturday made one wonder whether he would revolt against his brother-in-law N Chandrababu Naidu and pull him down.

But the TDP leaders believe that Harikrishna had “no such scene.” According to them, Harikrishna was just a paper tiger and had no guts to take on Naidu’s wily politicking.

“He has not been very active in the TDP politics. He has no personal rapport with any of the party leaders at the district level. He has no backing from any section of the party, except a few leaders in Krishna district. So, what can he do? At the most, he can vent his anger through media,” a TDP leader said.

A new fight is emerging in the Nandamuri camp and this is between NTR and NTR. Well, we are referring to NTR Junior and Nandamuri Tarakaratna. Apparently, news is that Tarakaratna is planning to make a serious comeback into films and here is the interesting bit, he is looking to take up period films. Soon, he will be seen in the new movie ‘Prajapathi’ which is slated to be a period movie. 
A senior staff member from Ramakrishna studios revealed “Tarakaratna’s focus is on period and fantasy genres since social flicks have not worked for him. The idea is to create a mark for himself in this genre so that he will be noted. As such, junior is super as a mass hero so Tarakaratna is trying to follow the footsteps of his grandfather by doing some ‘Pouranikaalu’.”

He went on to add “As such, N T Rama Rao was a king in all genres. Tarak is trying to become a king in period films. But he must realize that it takes immense preparation and excellent oratory skills for period films. So, it will be interesting to see who will win this NTR vs NTR battle.”

Competition and brand rivalry has now entered into the Tollywood circuit with some of the hottest stars entering into brand endorsements. Two of the top contenders in this field are NTR Junior and Mahesh Babu. Now, an incident has been reported which goes to show how their mindset is working.
It is heard that in the Shamshabad airport, there is a cut-out of NTR Junior who is currently endorsing the Malabar Gold brand welcoming the passengers. Incidentally, one among the passengers recently was Mahesh Babu who has reportedly got an idea looking at the cut-out.
Mahesh who is endorsing the Joy Alukkas jewellery reportedly asked “Why only him? Even my cut-out can be put. This will give a separate celebrity identity.” To those who heard this, they say that that the real essence behind this is for the foreigners who pass by to feel Mahesh is the biggest star around. Let us see what Joy Alukkas feels about it.
