Take the IELTS exam. Decide the university and the course.

1. Once decided with the course, download the application form (or) apply online.
2. Send the filled application form accompanied with certified copies of all relevant academic transcripts

• IELTS scorecard
  
• Attested photocopies of X, XII class certificates
• B.Tech transcripts/provisional certificate
• Recommendation letters (3).
• Resume, SOPs (2).
• Passport Size Photographs (2)
• Proof of financial support
• Photocopy of PASSPORT (first 2 pages and the last page).
  **Provide the credit card details if there is application fee charge (depending on the University).
  

3. If the application is successful you receive an offer package containing

• Letter of offer
• Acceptance letter
• Pre-departure guide
  
  **This process mostly takes 2 weeks for UG, 3weeks for PG (course work) and 6 – 8 weeks for research work programs.

4. Fill the Acceptance letter, sign it and send the Tuition Fee (1st semester/ 1st year) depending on the college and also pay the compulsory Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC).
**OSHC fee AU$ 315 per year and A$ 26.25 per week (if extra)

5. After paying the fee, International Office of the particular university will send you an eCOE (electronic Confirmation of Enrolment) for VISA purpose.This is issued in 1 – 3 days by the University.

6. Then proceed with the VISA process.

Note: It is always advisable to start the application 5 months before the course commences for the sake the scholarships.
